Welcome to FamilyWorks Counseling — a private counseling practice located in Norwalk, CT. Our mission is to provide Fairfield County families with exceptionally supportive counseling services. We work closely with individuals of all ages. We provide parents with strategies that can optimize their child’s growth, well-being, and potential; we address both developmental and atypical needs for on-going social, emotional, and cognitive concerns. By providing psychoeducation, practical coping techniques, and a place to express oneself, we help families alleviate constraints that cause undue stress at home.

The first step to accessing services is to reach out by telephone or email to set up an intake. At this initial session, a state-licensed, professionally-trained therapist will collect your history and background information. Additionally, we request copies of prior reports or diagnoses you have received from outside professionals to better understand presenting concerns. By the end of the intake, you and your therapist will establish realistic goals to begin therapy.
